I also have put minutes on daughters phone that is in her name with a credit card that is in MY name. Verizon WILL let you put money on an account that is NOT in your name!!!

If you made a cc payment to your daughters acct and did not remove the cc from the file this leaves your card for the person that has the phone to have access to ypur card.. Know think if ypur making a payment for someone else Why would you not remove the cc it states after the payment is made would you like toleave the card on file or remove??? Stop being in a rush and take the time out to listen when using an automated system.. Is it vzw or last of your protecting your credit card info, sure they are our children however we must take responsiablty of what they do until they are 18.. blame your daughter not the cell phone company

Your Fault!!!! If you can no longer have a debit card it is because your bank refused to dispute anymore charges.. (most likely caused by your or someone you know) Again it is your responsibality to keep your cc info protected. Know the responsibilty of having a debit or credit card

i DONT HAVE ANY ACCOUNTS OR PREPAID PHONES FROM VERIZON WIRELESS.....I HAVE NEVER PUT MINUTES ON ANYONES PHONE SO HOW THE HELL ARE THESE CHARGES APPEARING ON MY STATEMENTS AND WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET IT TO STOP?

my h&r emerald card was hit with verizonwireless-prepaid otc 50.00 charge at 1;00 in the morning and i have three 1;00 dollar charges im so pissed im a gangster from the street and im going to get even with these freakazoids.... serio peto no phone calls though....that phone number is on my statment im so pissed ....

Hi. I just tryed to add money to a number 888-294-6804 that I was given to call for pre paid phone cards with verizon. In doing so. 2 x after you press amount, it says I am sorry failed, however, I called my bank, and it did not fail, these type run a 1.00 first to see if card is ligit, then take out after what ever they want. The best way to avoid this is cancel your card right then with the bank and have them send you a new one. This way from that point on before they can take out It is stopped. The company unknown which says it is a verizon system for adding minutes will not be able to...This is better than waiting and having a lot more taken out. Beware. Hope this helps.......

no call but repeated charges to my credit card.....going back to January! Also have used Amazon. Contacted credit card company and will be filing for fraud.

And again we blame vzw.. when we clearly have the answers as ar as "who DONE it" the people that ypu think you can trust you cannot
