The number that every has experienced is a number from one of the departments with loans services for ace cash express. I was in a real bad jam and needed some money so I went to them and I all the documents in hand so I got a loan about $900.00. How it works is that you write a check promising that you pay them back the amount you borrowed plus interest by or on your next pay period. Well when I was out working, my due date to repay the loan or extend my date had past and the following monday I got a call from a representive form ace cash checking up on my loan that I took out. I had over drawn in my bank account when i was out in the field and thinking the check would clear but it hadn't over the weekend so I got the call and talk to the lady and just made arrangements when I got back into town to go to any ace check place and pay off the loan, I did no problem. What people may be experienceing is that people may have use cell phone numbers as home phones or wrote it down as some type of contacts and then they get a loan from these locations and end up not pay them, not pay thier cell phone too. Then that cell phine nymber gets sold to another customer in that same region or area with the same area code and prefix but totaly different person, now the loan agent trying to track down the cheap [***] who can't pay for what they took out is now harrasing you cause you line is been acitvated by you cause again they didn't pay thier cell phone bill. by the way after paying off that loan never needed to get another loan nor did I ever get call from that ace company anymore.

This is Ace Cash Express corporate office. They had the nerve to call at almost 8pm on a Sunday, and I live on the West Coast.

By law, they can call you up until 9PM Pacific time.

they have called twice- always a recording-for Ace Cash- apparently a leader in payday loans- I have been getting calls for somebody else- since I have never done business with a payday loan company. So the possibility is they were given the wrong number- they missdialed or they are actually trying to sell me something.

keep calling my work place and we are not able to receive personal calls. may cause me to loose my job if they dont stop my request

I keep recieving phone calls from this company looking for a Janelle Gray. I 've complained to them that they have the incorrect number and incorrect person. They then asked for my social security number!!! They insist on continuing to call my work number during work hours. They are rude and very unprofessional when you call the office.

I just called this company back and they would not tell me who they represent. They call several times a day starting at 8 am. They said I owed them money but the funny thing is all my bills are paid and there is nothing outstanding for which I have not received a bill. I suspect that someone will the same name used our phone number instead of theirs because they had no intention of repaying whatever debt they owe. Don't fall for their BS! Just pick up and hang up. They can notify you via certified mail if it's that important.

I received a phone call today on my cell phone from this phone number stating that "it is in my best interests to call them back". Don't know who this is or why they are calling, but I am on the blocked list for my cell phone number. Ace Cash Express - who are these people?
