I just got a call from that# he said my computer was sending messages that need to be fixed--said to turn on my computer and that he was with Microsoft--I hung up

Problem with these types of #'s is that you don't know what their actual # is. Caller ID's can be spoofed by software used by telemarketers, etc. They keep changing randomly. Carriers "could" find out who is behind these calls if the wanted to at the network level...but rarely investigate unless pressured by multiple complaints and or law enforcement.

This number among 1000 others have called me every few minutes. The number came over 888-888-8888.They said my computer was being hacked. Scam. The lady is from a foregin region.

They call me every day at 7 am ...I don't pick up and when I did pick up it was a scam cruise and I told them to put my number on a do not call list

PLEASE NOTE! JUST RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER AND THIS TIME SHE WANTED ME TO "VARIFY OUR MERCHANT CREDIT CARD MACHINE INFO"! I TOLD HER I COULD NOT DO THAT AS SHE WAS CALLING FROM A NUMBER THAT HAD A NATION-WIDE ALERT ON IT. SHE STUTTERED -SHE WAS AT A LOSS FOR WORDS. GUESS IT WASN'T THE ANSWER SHE WAS HOPING FOR!

I live in California and I received this call around 3pm from my cell phone. I answered it and a very bad static recording came on saying something about my bill, please 1 to talk to a person. I just hung up on hung.

I have received calls from 333-333-3333 , 222-222-2222 &888-888-888-8888. I nolonger wish to recieve any more calls from these numbers.

Just received a call from this # at 10:30pm stating my acct has been locked. Hung up on them :/
