This is a totally legitimate company. I received a call from this number and immediately contacted my credit union. They use this company called PSCU Credit Services to monitor Visa cards for fraud and was told by my bank to feel completely secure calling them back on the issue.

Number is legit. I had unauthorized fraudulent transactions on my credit card and they were calling to verify.

My mom received a call from this 888-918-7313 this afternoon and the lady, Caroline O'Keefe said that I used my mom as a reference. So of course I came right on here and looked this number up. I have not read all 9 pages of comments, just the first two and the last one to see if I could find anyone posting something similar to what happened to my mom. I do not have any debts outstanding, no charges pending on my bank account, verified with the bank. I do not use a credit union nor do I use any credit cards. I paid those off in 2010 and use cash. Not sure who the person really is or what company since it seems people can now spoof numbers.

I got a similar message. It was "Shirley" calling from my credit union on a.... Sunday??? To ensure that my Visa Credit Card Service wasn't interrupted. I think I will just take care of this with my credit union as well.

This number is legitimate as of 11/02/2015. It is a fraud protection company - Falcon - used by my credit union. I received a call from them giving a case number and a request for me to call them. I figured it was a scam - called my credit union the next day. The credit union confirmed the company was not only ok but that it had stopped people who had gotten my card number and were trying to use it. One false charge got by but three were stopped and the card blocked against further use. i thought an 888 number would be a scam - but it wasn't.

My bank, credit union, and credit card companies DO NOT USE outside contractors to alert or verify suspicious account activity. These people are scammers. Always refuse to give anyone who calls you any info. Hang up and call your bank, CU, or CC company directly (the phone numbers listed on your statements) to verify any claims with them. Period.

I called my bank to verify security and they advised it was valid. Called and was able to prevent a company from billing card that I had not authorized.

Got a call this morning from this number asking me to return their call...Yesterday, we noticed that there were 3 fraudulent charges from our checking account totaling $1200. I called the number on the back of my card which is 1-888-918-7737 ...so it's very similar to the number that called this morning. When I called yesterday, they cancelled my cards and are issuing new ones...and let me know to contact my credit union to get the process started to get our money back. Being that I've already done all of that, I won't be calling this number back. Though, it does seem legit. The man speaking had an American accent, and they obviously knew there was suspicious activity on my card.

They seem to be legitimate. After I heard to voice message on my phone I contacted this site, read some comments and called the number. The guy asked for for my phone # and last 5 digits of my SSN and then asked me if I had made 2 online purchases, he named them and the amount and I said yes. They were for tiny $ amounts as it was for "trial offers" and the guy said maybe my credit card company has those websites on a watch list or something. All pretty innocuous so they seem to be ok.

LEGIT!!! Verfied thru my credit card company.
