Just got the same phone call. they asked for me, pronouncing my name wrong, and my dad, whose been dead for over 2 years. I told the guy that neither was here, and he asked if he could leave a number for me to call back. Told him okay. Gave me the number. I hung up on him. Will go to my credit union on Monday and let them know what's going on.
I also received a call from 1-888-918-7313 regarding a Security Check on my BECU Visa card.I let my recorder pick up the call as I did not recognize the number. The woman was extremely hard to understand. I called BECU this morning. I had not used my Visa in ages and a purchase triggered the call. BECU had heard of Falcon Security but cautioned me that is still could have been a scam. So I did the right thing by verifying the security check with BECU.
