That's interesting because I've noticed different issues they create. One two different occasions within the last year I made payments at the customer service desk with cash but somehow the payments did NOT show up! The first time I thought it was an accident but after the second time I'm not so sure because this problem doesn't occur when I pay with a check. Also, I returned some clothes and it also didn't show up on my card. If you use Kohls' please SAVE ALL RECEIPTS! Otherwise, they will burn you.

Calls my house from 8am and continues all day I answered the telemarketera female asked for Juanita - told her there is no Juanita at this number-to please remove my name from their list I do not want any more harassing calls-since them the calls has gotten worse-now when the call I place the phone in from of the TV eventually the person hangs up sometimes I just disconnect the call. I used to shop at calls now I do not even want to hear there name.No more shopping at khols for me or my family.

Constant calls daily - sometimes 2-3 a day.

My kohls bill is overdue and I'm sure they are calling to inquire about it. Its funny, most collectors assume you forgot about the bill, most of the time is because they are broke and can't physically pay it.
