PDM, INC will NOT stop CALLING my WORK NUMBER and HOME, looking for my 35 year old daughter, who does not live with me or in the same town. I have REQUESTED that THEY STOP, but a Ron Steele will not listen. He refuses to tell me what the call is about which probably is following the law, BUT BREAKS THE FEDERAL LAW about calling MY WORK and even my home, when it has nothing to do with me.

This company is a bottom feeding collection agency. They dont work with any major banks or credit card companies. Ask them in writing to provide you with a copy of their license to collect in your state. Most likely, they are not licensed.

The receptionist just informed me that a Sean Jackson from PDM called and was obnoxious. He didn't leave a number. We are not allowed to receive these types of calls in our office (office policy). The receptionist told him to call me at home. To those of you posting saying, 'pay your bill', I can only tell you that I do not have ANY outstanding loans out there anymore. the one loan I had was paid in FULL. So please stop being so judgemental.

The address you have listed there is actually different than the one I got from them. They gave me an address of 4161 Carmichael Avenue, Suite 156, Jacksonville Florida, 32207. I got a call from Dan Wolff. When he called he didn't harass and followed all the rules of a debt collector. Except when he faxed over my "Supposed Bill" that I owed them money for, all he did was include the bill and the cover sheet. They need send you documents within five days saying who they are, who the creditor is (company who you owe debt to), the amount you owe, and how to go about disputing this. I am filing a dispute saying that it's not my debt. I would urge anyone else who is having a problem to do the same thing. It makes them have to validate you owe them the money, and it gives you roughly 30 days to give you more time before they put it on your credit report. Also if they already put it on your credit report, if you send a dispute they have to put on the credit report it was disputed, and if they can't prove you owe them the debt, it has to be taken off your credit report. If they still don't take it off you can file a lawsuit.

HOLT", about someone, asking if they were a friend of mine, saying they used me as a reference for a 'LOAN APPLICATION', and now they have 'LOST CONTACT' with them. LOL YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!! First of all, you are not suppose to contact other people for SOMEONE ELSE'S DEBT, especailly if they are not even a relative! The ONLY person you should be contacting is that INDIVIDUAL!!! Too bad if you LOST CONTACT, YOUR BAD! Maybe if you had stayed in school and not gotten into drugs and [***] you would have a LEGITIMATE, respectable job where you could use your REAL NAME. Your parents must be SOOOO PROUD of you!
