No One told you to take the job. No one told u to be an [***] for a living. You have no idea why someone defaulted on a payment. Life doesnt suck... The fact that this is your CAREER SUCKS

PDM INC has called my cell phone number several times requesting to speak with someone I've never heard of. I believe that person had my cell phone number before I did. I tell the PDM Inc rep that they have the wrong number but they still continue to call several times per day.

THEY COLLECT ON APARTMENTS AND PAYDAY LOANS. APARTMENTS....YOU'RE PRETTY MUCH SCREWED IF YOU DON'T PAY THOSE. PAYDAY LOANS...SAME THING....MAY TAKE A YR OR TWO BUT THEY WILL GET JUDGEMENT. SORRY PEOPLE! JUST OWN UP AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES. AND YES THE COMPANY IS LEGIT...WE WILL NOT SELL YOUR INFO AND WE WILL DO WHAT WE ARE TOLD TO DO WHEN IT COMES TO HANDLING YOUR ACCOUNTS. YOU JUST NEED TO PICK THE PHONE AND SAY EITHER I CAN'T PAY, WON'T PAY OR JUST PAY. WE WOULD RATHER HEAR THE TRUTH AND SIT DOWN AND HAVE A TALK WITH YOU THAN TO HEAR YOU BYTCH AND MOAN ABOUT HOW LIFE SUCKS. AS A COLLECTOR LIFE SUCKS FOR US TOO. Morgan Haynes @ ext 1074 is by far the rudest most bitter woman to walk the face of the earth. I WAS working with them to pay a debt and fond out this morning my account was closed with no knowledge of my own when I expressed to her I would call after I spoke with the bank she very rudely said: " DO you have a lunch break today if not TAKE ONE NOW" then said good luck and hung up in my ear. I called back she sent me to a "manager" he was just as rude and [***]. When asked how I didn't know my account was closed I told him I was not in town he claimed to know that I used money to go out of town and thats y i didn't pay it. I laughed he got heated and I informed him it was sad this was his job and laughed again. He then stated he'll call back in 30 minutes I told him have fun cause Im not calling bacj until I get off work he told me he'll call every ten minutes until I get the point... I laughed more he continued on his rant and I finally just told him something very rude and vulgar that I am not proud of. But I said it with a smile. LOLTHis company really believes they are GOD and that the money owed to a company is theirs they must work on commission for debt collections.The should all hold hands and jump.

I got a call from my mother and she gave me this # 888-676-9872. I called the # and found that it was PDM Inc.So from reading all the posts here I am not getting a clear cut answer as to what to do or if they are legit, not only that they called my mother and I have no idea what it's for , but I intend to find out. So without insults does anyone have any comments or suggestions as to how to proceed with this? is this legal? are they legit?

A person by the name of Shelby Preston called my place of employment today and gave the receptionist all the information regarding my debt and told her that I had committed fradulent matters and that I had written checks that were returned by the bank due to non-sufficient funds and that she was going to send the information to my human resources dept. before filing a legal claim on me, but this is illegal to do as she has violated the FTC Rules. Then she left me a voice mail message in my employer phone but the voice was not too clear but it sounds like filing a legal claim against me if I don't reply within 7 days and left me a number to return her call at 904-398-0080 Ext 1288. I have googled it and this number belongs to Professional Debt Mediation Incorporated. I am submitting a complaint to the Attorney General and to the FTC as well to report them for violating my privacy.

i recieved a call today from a person by the name of GEORGE MILLER witch is probably an alias said that he had a complaint filed agaisnt another person and that he will take care of this complaint at her home or at place of employement, this man started making faulse threats as if he was a detective from a law firm...... this co. is full of crap and violates all the FDCPA LAWS! i filed a ATTURNY GENERAL COMPLAINT against this co.and mr miller if thats his real name but im sure they will find that out....PEOPLE DONT LET THIS PERSON TRY TO SCARE YOU.. HE NEED COLLECTIONS 101.

Okay someone just called form a number demanding money and saying that they are taking me to court! can they do this The number was 904-389-0080 x 1275 said he was a lawyer!! help!!!!!!
