I have been harrassed by this number as well. I have no outstanding debt and an excellent credit score so this naturally concerned me. It actually prompted me to run my credit report so I did so through Experian and Transunion. I have ZERO bad debt and only two credit cards with low balances and have never been late. This company is a crock of [***] and people need to know.

I too received a call from this Agency...and OMG, the mind games, coupled with the insensative and thoughtless BS they place into their presentations, are just utterly appauling! I simply can't believe the way they talk to people. Andy then, they expect you to give them your money?! I must say after reading everyones comments, I simply cannot believe this is happening! I spoke with a Brandy. She was rude, unprofessional and i don't want to say whatever else she was...so i became rude back (which makes me no better then she is, but it just felt good to cuss her a## off!)...then she hung up. I called back, thinking I could speak to a manager, she answered the call...again and tried to convince me that she was a manager, so she continued to be rude. I impart hung up on her. To see if this was really happening, i called back a second third time, some another woman answered, I forget her name. She wasn't important anyway. Then a gentleman called me back and was just has rude as they were. I couldn't believe this, so I hung up...and just couldn't wait to get on line to find this company, hoping I could send them a letter or file a complaint against these people. Then I came across this site and saw all of these complaints. OMG...I am convinced something definitely has to be done about these people...times are definitely too hard for these, "scam on you mama...low lifes to try to be taking advantage of people>" You're trying to pay your bills and here they are trying to SCAM YOU! WTF!.... I will no longer communicate with this "dead beat company!" And mAy they all be cursed by God, if they are indeed, perpetrators, trying to settle a debt! God hate ugly! and if any of you, who representing PDM are reading this message. You need to pray and ask God to forgive you. You don't have to be rude to settle a debt...everybody knows, even the ignorant, that being kind to others, will get you what you want. Not, being rude but-holes! That only remind others that you are rude-but-holes!

i have contacted pdm bout this lady they sd they want a copy of the recording we have and they will take care of it... gave it to them and guess what? she still works there got another call... they dont care either way bout us.. its ok we will find out where she live and handle it on our own.... she is in jax, fl on baymeadows way....

I got a call from this guy on my cell phone, but he said he was trying to reach Jennifer Lopez and could I have Jennifer give him a call back at 888.676.9872 x1113. I got a good laugh out of it because clearly, I am not Jennifer Lopez. Then I looked up the number on a whim and found all these stories about him being a collector. I guess I'll see if he tries to call again. I might pick up and say "this is J.Lo." if I see his number.

I AM AT WORK AND JUST RECEIVED A CALL FROM A MARK SEABROOKS FROM THE SAME NUMBERS AND HE TOLD ME IT WAS IMPERATIVE THAT EITHER ME OR MY ATTORNEY GIVE HIM A CALL TODAY. I AM NOT GOING TO RETURN THE CALL AND WILL CONTACT THE BBB AS WELL. I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS!

I have received 9+ calls from a Reggie at this number.(I cleared my phone after this and there were more calls.) I am not the person they are asking for when they leave a message. I thought I would be nice and return the call and inform them that my number was a business and that the person they were trying to find never had my number and was not an employee of our company. Our company has had this number for 10 years. I did not get heated until this Reggie person continually interrupts me and tells me I should act in a professional manner. I hung up and said I would call a supervisor; however, I didn't waste anymore time. This Reggie person said he would continue to call the number as many times a day as he wanted and I couldn't do anything. So if you know this Reggie at this company, tell him to get a life. He's never going to find the person he is looking for at my number and now that I know his, I'm not going to pick up either.

I keep getting calls from them that I wont answer since I dont know the number. They wont leave a message.

A Shelby Preston from PDM 888-676-9872 x 1124 called my office. I told her not to call there and she called back anyway. I let the call go to voicemail. I will report them to the BBB who has helped me every time I've needed them so far. You can file a complaint online. PDM's address is 7948 Baymeadows Way 2nd Floor, Jacksonville, FL 32256. The phone number on caller ID was 904-398-0080. Their fax number is 904-398-0425. I wish everyone the best in bringing these issues to a resolution.

I am having the same problem with PDM-they are constantly calling my phone after I set up arrangements with them. I lost my job last summer which started all of this, got a temporary job (that's when I set up the arrangements with PDM) but then got let go again. When this happened I called to see if I could work something out with them and I got told I was an adult and I knew that if I couldn't pay my bills there would be horrible reprocutions and I needed to be more responsible. It was horrible-the lady was yelling and screaming. I would like to know what kind of business this is??? I got laid off due to this horrible economy and was an independent contractor so I am not eligible for unemployment-I'm doing the best I can to take care of my family, provide a place to live and keep my car so I can try and find a job. This company is ridiculous! They call on a daily basis about taking me to court and how I'm going to have to pay all of their attorney fees and all this crap. I'm over it!!
