This company has been calling me for 9+ weeks referring to some name that i've never heard of. I've asked them to stop and they are downright rude.

I've been receiving calls from this number for well over a month. Their collection practices are illegal. I asked them for a letter in writing to validate the "debt", which they never sent (also illegal). They are rude and use abusive language, call friends multiple times leaving multiple voicemails. Also folks, if a debt collector calls they are OBLIGATED to run the saying "this is a contact from a debt collector, any information used or obtained will be used to collect a debt" or something of that sort. These people only ever say "This is Mr/Mrs. _____ from PDM." Well, that is also illegal. So you know what you little [***] from PDM? You're about to get sued for a shitload of money for FDCPA violations. And oh, did I mention they marked on my credit report BEFORE i even started receiving calls? I'm glad I have a good lawyer. And all you people should find one as well. Let's make this slimballs go bankrupt.

1st of all I am gunna go ahead and spill it about about this so called collector you love to hate... SHE not HE is a spoiled came from a good family but put out by her irresponsible [***] life choices her father is well respected in our home town and has a relativley decent standing in our community and for that reason I will not mention him forthwith in this post. Now I will say I at one point was very very close to someone that is/was employed at this dirty scum infested lo life catering crap company that can not even afford to fix the air conditioning. Here is the real inside scoop for EVERYONE with an outstanding debt with this company DO NOT PAY THEM... ESPECIALLY PAY DAY LOANS.. there is no law that can in any way PROSECUTE you.. the collector you love to hate should be aware of this since her father is a judge. Furthermore you can pay by check or ccd or money gram or pigeon carrier for all it really matters to the original person you owe the money to, and they would like nothing more than to not pay PDM for attempting to run a sweat shop full of moderately retarded people that if they had half a brain or a little better criminal background would just pack up and go somewhere else. Let me wrap this up for you in a nut shell.. Shelby is a liar, IE. the collector you love to hate.. along with just about anyone else you may get on the phone there. Dont pay em because the very worst thing they can do to you IS PUT IT ON YOUR CREDIT.. AND that is only if PDM's said client pays them to do that in your case. AND ONE LAST PIECE OF ADVICE, THE CHEAP OWNER DOES NOT RECORD ANYTHING, BUT IF YOU DO AND TURN IT INTO THE F.T.C. I WOULD BE WILLING TO BET YOU CAN SUE. BECAUSE 9 OUT OF 10 PEOPLE YOU TALK TO WILL MORE THAN LIKELY BREAK THE LAW. oh and dont tell them your recording, its not required. the federal trade commision would appreciate the tape regardless. I just received a call fro this number telling me to contact a friend of mine for a mediation crystal sandford 9043890080 x 1217. Really rude.

I am having an issue with Ms Davis as well. And I would like to pursue this further. If she is doing this to us, there's got to be many more out there and we've got to put a stop to this.dserwatka@aol.com

Same deal as all of you. Except they use different numbers. I got a call from 888-676-9872 from a person claiming to be "Angela Davis." She didn't tell me who she worked for and she slurred her words so bad that I could barely understand her.She claimed I owe 500 dollars for an apartment I lived in over a year ago because of "damages." Complete lie. She asked me for a credit card or debit card number and said I MUST give it to her NOW or my credit score will be hurt. I said I'd have to figure out what is going on first and she claimed that I had to give it to her in the next 5 minutes because she was about to live the office. (what a terrible liar)These people are BS and, honestly, I've never dealt with a person such as Mrs. Davis that was such a complete trash of a human being. Felt utterly disgusted after speaking with this woman. She insulted me, cut me off, and when I tried to understand what I owed money for (which I don't owe money btw) she HUNG UP ON ME. Incredible.If you get a call from these people give them nothing and be sure to laugh in their face (or over the phone at least).

Same as all the above, except the person who left the voicemail asked for somebody who isn't me and left the message for that person (who I don't know and haven't heard of)... soooo great, they have the wrong # and i'm sure I will now just have to auto-ignore this person.

she is not a mediator she is a collector. if she says it again keep recording and you will not have to pay ever!! end recording to owner and file bbb and ftc for violating fdcpa
