WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE!! CAN YOU NOT READ ??i read it as if you complete the course as per their terms, and they decide to not hire you, you get A FULL REFUND! You have just received a FREE $ 1,100 training course and certificate and now you can go out and make money. Are there other COMPANIES offering MONEY BACK GUARANTEES? I don't see how this company can be held responsible for those who are too lazy to do the course work. Why would any company possibly hire someone who wants a free ride??
I agree all these people are full of sh--!!! I got this course, did the training, passed the test and got hired, I am now a Haverhill stager!!!!!!! all of you are just pissed off because you were too stupid to pass the coursework and test. Its just like people that like to just get by in college and them expect to get paid like someone who is an A student!! uuuuuu thats not how it works. Even if you get lucky and get a good paying job, eventually your stupidity will show and you will either be a "steady eddie" or get fired!! If your stupid you cant expect to pass!!! Duhhhh!!!!
there are several americans who are having issues. again, after i spoke to a lawyer, because it is a "school" it does qualify for a class action suit. she told me there are a few schools out there involved in class action suits. you can not compare a "school" to a company that sells "machines and equipment". besides, no one forced anyone to buy supplies from them, you can buy toner anywhere. and yes, the printer always tells you it is low, but you can still print. i know, we all know. but, it's always nice to be sure you have a supply because if it did run out say, late friday afternoon, and you still need to use the printer on the weekend, what then? you would be very, very lucky to get your toner on saturday. and i don't see this happening.the reason why the printer company won, is again, no one forced any customers to buy from them. they don't stand there with a gun to your head saying order it now! so the printer company was not at fault. only those who think they have to order supplies right away and from the manufacturer.and my sister has a lexmark, my sister in law has a cannon, and i have an hp. they all do the same thing. let us know when the ink is low. but, we have all gone on printing until you literally can not see the words on the paper anymore. then, we replace the cartridge. but, we also shop around to find the best price for our needs.

People get mad when they fail and instead of taking like an adult they want to blame everyone else for their failures!!If you think you can do then go for it!
HHstudent, you should send an email to their dispute resolution commitee. I'm sure you will get your money back. your case sounds like a simple one to resolve because if you got the 80%, they dont need to hire but then you get all your money back. did they refuse to refund you? are you considering the contractor position?
I agree with everything negative that I have been reading. You hae expresed yourself very well. My experience has been a nightmare, not because I think the contents of the course are inadequate but because in my opinion, every memeber of the Haverhill staff is in one way or another unqualified to be in business. In most cases I have not gotten an answer back in 2 business days. I have left 3 messages for 3 different people on May 6th and I have not yet had a response. I am trying to gather up all my info that I have been logging for the last 6 months and then I will decide what to do with it. I have been in business a long time and I know the ropes. Never have I had an experience like this one.I have found errors in the manuals and questioned them. They respond by giving me one word answers. The comments on a mark I recently received were 2 short sentences. I asked for an explanation on May 6th and still haven't gotton one. I could go on and on. What can we do? They cannot do this to people.
