I have received hundreds of calls for a Charles E Dungey from MJR Capital. When I call back the number the voicemail is full. I found their website and sent requests for them to stop via the contact us forum. Last night I called their international number and left a somewhat rude message and again today I get another call. Must be a scam. They now have my name as well as my number....should I be concerned

They call me morning noon and night and it isn't even for me. They are asking for someone name Jamie. I've told them time and again that it's the wiring number they tell me I'm lying wtffff

well if they arnt where they say they are then how do you expect them to recieve any post dated checks sent to them

I hear ya! I tried the same thing in 2014 and was told full payment within 10 days no payments. I told this Mr Ommed from MJR capital Inc that I was going to do a consumer proposal, he told me over the phone that I was not aloud too and I had to pay in full or my pay will be garnished. He also called my work and talked too three of my coworks about me after I told him never to call my place of work. I have statements from these people. Well I got papers from this Joel Miskin and ya it did happen this year. I did a proposal and under Ontario law they must stop garnishment. Month later they did not causing me all kinds of problems and I am paying into my proposal. Now I have hired a lawyer and suing for punitive damages and defamation of character. I want 250k from this company and this Mr Ommeds collector license.

I want these calls to stop coming to my cell phone!..they are on the eastcoast....I am on the west coast...calls come in at 7am sometimes...

Stop calling! This is harassment!

They MJR need to check out the laws on debt collection...they are calling me about a 7 years old debt that my ex wife had...LOL...
