no message, just a hang-up

I received the call around 4:40 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30, 2013. I answered; and, it was from the Bible League as I'd donated to them in the past.

They will not stop calling you until you answer the phone. They have been calling me for the last month, never leaving a message, busy signal when you try to call them back, calling at the minimum 2 times per day. I finally answered today "Robert w/ Future Career" was asked to take my damn number off his calling list.

My mistake the message I am talking about is from number 909-366-4232

I keep getting calls from this number & they don't leave a message so I figure they are calling to sell me something. Thanks to caller ID I don't have to put up with this cra.

It's 9:00 PM in California .. The phone rang and it was from Big Bear Lake, CA... we have friends there so I answered. The phone number 909 366 4126. The caller asked for me by name.. I asked who was calling and he said Salvation Army. He said they really needed help and would we be willing to donate $50 or $75. I said we have our own system of donating - he asked if he could he send a form to fill out for automatic donations. I repeated that we have our own donation system and hung up.It's hard for me to believe that the Salvation Army would ask for money over the phone at 9:00 PM. Anyway, our policy - never respond to any solicitors over the phone - and never send them money...

BIGBEARLK,CAThese guys have been calling for at least 2 times a day for the last 2 months. They never left a message. I was in a bad mood yesterday and finally answered the phone and it was a digital calling system. When the telemarkerter finally came on the line he wanted to know my name. When I asked who he was he told me he was a represenative (didn't tell me his name although he wanted mine) from Care International. By that time I was so angry I would not listen to what he had to say. Just told him to take my name off his list. In retrospect I wish I had told him to take this NUMBER off his list. I suspect foul play because they did not even try to give their spill. Just said ok and hung up - like they got what they called for. I seriously doubt that they actually represent Care International.

I got a call on my cell phone at a very inappropriate time. I rejected the number from future calls on my cell directory. 10:39 AM 5.24.2013

I read all the responses, it must be some sort of scam. I read folks say all kinds of things. They identified themselves as the NRC National republican committee. I gave them a piece of my mind and interrupted them on each question. I kept asking them why are you guys not impeaching the president. Got down to the last question and of course they wanted a donation. I told them to talk to the IRS who is running an audit on my right now, they have my bank accounts tied up.
