Oh my God, I completly agree. That had me so pissed off. I'm so tired of out sourcing jobs, the economy is terrible, and we decide to send jobs out of the country. Great idea. I was ready to cancle my power, but I want my deposit back.

Very harashing, hard to deal with, and after talking with 3 of them, I hope this computer goes bankrupt. They appearently don't know how to do proper business. They have also mailed my personal health bills to someone else and don't care. They are unable to assume responsiblity for me owing someone when they mail the bills to someone else.

called my cell on 9/18/07. Left message to call Bob, but didn't identify company. I don't answer unrecognized phone numbers either and if they don't identify where they're calling from,I don't call back.

Called and tried to confirm dob, said a ballance was owed on a medical bill and wanted a credit card # for a payment. Said no thnx.

yeah it's a collection place, they call my house 4 - 10 times a day when I pick up the phone there is no one there... past that they can KMA.

They keep calling, asking for a Jack so-and-so..nobody here by that name, and we tell them that. Googled the number and says it originates from Kansas, but they also have an office in Plano, Tx. Debt collection for hospital bills, which we don't owe, but apparently this Jack guy does, whom they keep looking for. They called today, my son was visiting, I saw the caller ID and quickly told him who it was. He answered the phone and imitated the voice of Consuela, the maid from "Family Guy"..he told them "No no, I no can clean" repeatedly until the guy got frustrated and hung up, LOL.

called cell phone and never said a word. just silence for about 10 seconds and hung up. possibly because I answer by my first name and it didnt match their records... judging from the other posts i have to assume someone owes a doctor or hospital something. oh well.
