Anytime i pick up the phone and say Hello, they hang up. Its been going on for months.
oh yes go on a rampage! that's appropriate! and they dont leave what they are calling about on machines because they can't! if they are calling you by mistake just tell them that and they will remove your #. They make money off of calling people not wrong #'s
I had a dr visit on April 14th for a well woman exam. My insurance said I would have no co-pay or deductible. The lab 'sold my bill' to Synerprise and they called me on June 1st. I've never even received a bill from the lab! The results weren't even back until May! How could I be in collections already? My insurance just paid my doctor's office this week...did the lab even bill them? Don't tell me to pay my bill, I shouldn't have one and it's only been month...the Synerprise rep was a total jerk, giving me a hard time.
I am terminally ill and I live on disability. Things aren't always black and white. I had A++ credit until I was hospitalized 28 months in a row. It gets expensive and the aftercare is worse, so before you just pass judgement please think about others that are less fortunate than you.
Paying the bills is not the problem. It is against the law to repeatedly call someone with out leaving contact information regarding why you are calling. If you are a bill collector you have to follow the FCC guidelines in contacting anyone. Calling at all hours and not leaving a message in regards to what you are calling about is a violation of those practices.
I do NOT know who/what company this is, therefore, I will NOT answer their call! They will NOT leave a message, therefore, I will NOT return the call!
Called; rang twice and hung up. I recognized the name from previous calls; however, they didn't bother to make a sound when I picked up the phone. If they can't at least identify themselves and the reason for their call, then they need not bother calling at all. I have better things to do.
I had surgery in November and paid my copay up front. In January I started getting calls from this number. They don't leave a message and when they didn't hang up before the message system started all I heard sounded like a lot of people partying. Daughter also had surgery recently. It is billed first through my insurance then medicaid. Started getting calls before it was ever billed.Not sure what's up with this company but I am complaining to the hospital and surgeon about the problem. Also going to report them and file complaint with the BBB.
