It's Synerprise Consulting Services !! you think its construction because your caller ID probably cuts it off.. Who sounds stupid now?? .. Its so funny its usually the people that love to complain that don't ever pay their bills....

They have called my cell phone number several times, and I am on the "Do not call list"

So I've received multiple calls multiple times a day so today I decided to call them back. Price answers the phone and doesn't say who he works for or anything to the type of business they do. He answers the phone " This is Price how can I help you" I ask who the hell is calling me and he puts me on hold for a few minutes. Then some other guy answers (didn't catch his name) but he tells me it is Synerprise. He tries to connect me to the person that is handling my file, I assume, and says that his name is Chris Collins. Chris isn't at his desk. Eventually I just talk to the second guy who tells me my balance which is fine. I informed this person that I have already spoken to someone on this matter and that I didn't have a job right now and that there was no way for me to set up payment arrangements. I asked that it be put in my file to not call my number anymore. He tells me this will not be done and the calls will continue. I tell him no they won't because I will be contacting a lawyer. I am on the do not call registry and have asked them at least twice now to not call me. Very unprofessional and wouldn't deal with them if I had a job right now!

do not call list doesn't apply to collections, only telemarketing, so that doesn't help, only a certified letter demanding they cease communications with you can help, though if they are using an automated dialer to call your cell you should get a lawyer, i balieve thats against the fair debt collection practices act

WE get mad because mexicans come here ILLEGALLY honey. They take our jobs and our money and send it back to that pathetic excuse for a country. If their immigration would be done properly and legally then we wouldn't mind as much but no oh no they have to sneak and take from the legal american people! You think that it is because of mexicans that sh*t gets done? No baby girl. Almost all of them are hired because they will accept lower pay than us and work as much as the company wants without time off and benefits. Mexicans also do things WRONG! I have worked many construction sites where they have been working and other people have to go back in and fix what they have messed up. Is it so wrong for us to want our country back? Why should we have to suffer because some other country is worse off than we are. Look around you! We aren't doing so great right now either but you people keep wanting us to give and give and give and what the hell do you give in return? NOTHING! You just keep taking our money, foodstamps, healthcare, childcare, welfare and education. WE pay for it NOT you! So stop your crying over us getting pissed off that you people keep taking from us and we have nothing to show for it!

?? after several frustrating phone messages I finally called them back and talked with someone who looked up my number, asked if I was {another name] and when I told the woman, "no", she asked if I knew him, I said, "no", and she stated they must have the wrong number, apologized and said she'd take our number off of the list.

THEY CALL ME EVERY DAY AND HAVENT GOTTEN MY NAME RIght YEt

They called us and made the following statement "you are obviously the kind of people who can't pay their bills", which couldn't be further from the truth. One of the medical bills from my husband's hospital stay never was sent to us, therefore never paid. I called up the dr.'s office and they are sending me a statement so they can be paid directly. I will not work with this so called collection agency.

I got a call from this number but the name was so wierd I didn't bother answering the phone. It only showed SYNERPRISE CONS 913-262-6850 10:46 am CST 05/18

Just makes you want to track down the call center and go on a rampage.
