caller calls and says their is a personal business matter

They are fake scammers. they have many #s annoying .how do I block them? Grrr

RJ. this must stand for REAL [***]! you seem to have more time on your hands than brains in your head. Can you read? the majority of people commenting have stated they owe no debt, or their payment is current. You have to be one of the obnoxious callers harassing customers. with great hopes in the near future, you will be hit with an unforeseeable hardship that makes you decide the importance of money use. shelter or credit card......food or credit card.....health or credit card. regardless of the users intentions for charging when you know you owe and are behind in payment calling someone hundreds of times isn't going to make them [***] the money for you. if you are able to [***] money then pay these peoples credit cards off, if not then look in the closest mirror and recite " I make my mama proud because I am able to harass people and not be shot in the head!". get real [***] lips the more you annoy people's phone the longer it takes to pay account.

Calls back about 8 times a day. Tempted to answer just to tell them they are in violation of the fair debt collection act.

Patrick - I get calls from all of those numbers as well!!I DO own a couple Comenity cards, but....they do not have a balance due!I get the calls on my cell phone, and....no name shows up.I only knew it was Comenity by the posts of others here.I HAVE answered some of the calls, and....no one speaks on the other end!!Plus....they NEVER leave a message!!!Even if it is for a promo....WHY wouldn't they say so?!?!?!

No message are ever left. Many calls to my phone with no one replying when I answer. I do not owe this company any money and I am in good standing on the open account?
