Very well said. I am annoyed with the Do Not Call List also. Why bother when they don't do anything about these parasites.

I just received the exact same message from this number stating it could lower my interest rate on my credit card and I had to hit "9" to continue. I hung up. I am on the do not call registry, so why is this happening? It's very frustrating! Grrrrr....

Yep, same as the rest, effectively. I missed the call, then called the number back and it's not in service. If they continue to bother me I will block them using AT&T smart limits feature. For $5 a month it's great to have the option. (Just my opinion.)

Got this call twice today. It's Rachel on both calls. One was from Florida cell phone, the other Rachel from California. Both were in regards to lowering you interest rate. When I responded to the second call, the minute I said I was responding to Rachel, the guy hung up. This happens at least once a week. Does the Do Not Call list not exist?

no answer...no voice mail left. What a waste of time. Who would buy from these people anyways?

Someone just called from 916-301-4406 and did not leave a message. I am tired of receiving unwanted, unsolisited tel-marketing calls on my cell phone. It's always "we can save you money and reduce your C.C. interest rates", or your name came across my desk as someone who wants to make money from home.

Just ( 06/27/2011 2:22pm CDT ) received a call from these [***] which says they are in Elk Grove, Californian ..... I do not know anyone there, nor do I do business with any business there ..... I have been on the DO NOT CALL LIST since it started and update every year .....
