Automated solicator phone call regarding credit services to our residence. When I pushed "0" and a person answered, I explained they reached a residence not a business. That person promptly hung up on me without any word. No company name given.

Hi Ron not sure the kind of phone you have however my cell phone has this lovely feature where you can add a contact and I select the name DO NOT Answer or What name you would like to add and once I add it I am able to selection the option send straight to voicemail for the number. You will never hear the phone ring again if this number calls you. I have the Droid 2 from Verizon and it's my favorite feature on the phone. Lol.

Verizon, ATT, and the like need to stop trying to squeeze every drop of blood out of their customers and allow them to easily and instantly add numbers like these to a block list free of charge. The phone companies exorbitant fees we are forced to pay for their service should more than covers this. Verizon currently lets you add only 5 numbers to a blocked list and then charges yet another fee to your account to block this crap. I guess they like it when we have to pay them more money to prevent the scum of the earth from using our services for scams and so called charities.

Caller ID showed this number (916 301 4406) called and ID said "Cell Phone CA" they had called on the 14th at 6:52PM No message no nothing.

This is your last chance regarding lowering your credit card rates--------I DON'T THINK SO-------I DON'T HAVE ANY CREDIT CARDS. ENOUGH ALREADY!!!!!!!!!! THESE SAME CALLS COME IN FROM ALL OVER THE U.S. EACH TIME IT IS A DIFFERENT STATE!!!!!!! STOP NOW WHILE YOU ARE AHEAD.

Reported them to the FTC for DNC violation and using a recording. You can too. www.ftc.gov. Drive them crazy!!!

916-301-4406 Called and didn't leave a message

The phone they called me on is a VOIP phone on my computer system, so I have caller ID. If I get a call, the computer displays the number it is coming from. If I don't recognize it, I don't answer, my computer takes a message for me and plays it back on Microsoft Media Player. They do NOT leave a message when the computer picks up.

I just got a call from this number. Thanks for chatting about it or I would never have known. I have family who live in the 916 area code, I almost answered it.
