Got a call yesterday from this # at 4:04 p.m. & 5:40 p.m. One ring & the Blocker kicked in. A few days ago, this # called 3 times. Just started seeing this # w/i the past 2 wks.
They keep calling, but leave no messages. On facebook they are Education Foundation of Little Silver? Scammers are maybe using this phone number. Tired of them calling me and waking up my kids. Really, this company calling in the late evening hours.
Immediately after being informed my number is on the national no call list this lady called me back and pushed buttons to make noise and hung up on me. After quickly researching the number I discovered it was from a company called Efls and they have a phone number for the front office that a live person answers right away. 1-800-200-3457. I used it to complain and recommend everyone else that has a problem with these retards do the same.
SCAMMER calling from 916-403-3480. They actually used our name on the message, but when calling back there is no answer... only a few beeps, like someone is hitting the phone buttons. Very strange. It is not a legit collector of some kind, as we do not owe on any bills... let alone any outstanding bills. This is a scammer plain and simple. I do not recommend speaking to them when they call, as then they know they have a live body on the other end of the line that they can then harass. Very odd.
Called at 9:12PM, didn't answer. No message. Caller ID listed EFLS. I've noticed a trend lately where I'm no longer called more than twice by the same number, probably not even worth blocking anymore.
They have called FIVE times today wanting to individually speak, to what turns out, to be all of the registered voters that live in this house. They say that they are a survey company. We have said that we wish to take no more surveys, wish to be taken off their lists, and to please stop calling. A different person called each time so this group is a serious endeavor.

The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
