Caller ID shows (916)403-3480. They have been calling for at least a month, sometimes several times a day. Today, they have called at least four or five times. Since I don't recognize the number, I let it go to voicemail, but they never leave a message.
Called back, my call was picked up right away and I received multiple sounds like someone(something) was hitting a number of numbers on the phone key pad. Second call back yielded me the same exact results.
they've been blocked for months & ringer is silent but they still try! 10/24/16 @ 3:25 PM CT. Sooo tired of these idiots!
Oct 25, 2016 about 8:15pm in area code 206. Asked for Emma. No Emma here. ELFS on caller ID.Why can't CALL BLOCKER or their competitors just market a device with all the known scam numbers already programmed. Pain in the [***] to actually go into the office and physically input the Sh**Heads number in each time a new A$$hole shows up.

Someone using this number called, when I answered there seemed to be there cut I said "hello" twice and no one said a thing. I hung up. If it was a collector they would not only answer but keep you on the line for as long as it took.

Yes. The caller claimed to represent Document Delivery Services and threatened to serve me with papers from a fifteen year old debt. A check with my local County Clerk’s Office revealed no evidence of lawsuit filed.
