Received a call from 919-355-9988. The voicemail had the word "ah-oh-duh"Caller ID said "Apex NC"

Been calling my work phone here every 10 minutes with the damn spanish cell spam. Also called from 206-462-1798 and 208-991-1198 and 207-966-9898 and 603-355-9988
same voice. not really creepy, but it did sound like spanish. there was a lot of white noise in the background so it was hard to understand what they were saying. i did an area code search and it is a NC number. when i called back i got a "this number is no longer in service" message. i was not watching a video or anything like that...just talking with a friend on the phone. i am in sacramento, ca but it called on my bay area based cell phone.
Seriously if i get another call i am going to flip, does anyone know if theres a way to stop the #??
I just got a call from this number on my home line.(919-355-9988)They have also called my cell phone plenty of time before..Usually it's a recording, but this time it was loud noises in the background and then finally a girl came on saying she wanted to speak to a home owner (me) and offered free estimates on Windows & Doors?!?!?!(they are in North Carolina, USA...and I'm in Ontario, Canada)So weird..I hate these calls.
