Seattle area Cingular/AT&T customer, got the same call with no message at 8:13pm this evening.Googled and found this site. Am speculating this may be originating in India since a "+" prefix normally denotes the numbers following are a country code (e.g. "1" is the country code for the US, so +1 206 123 4567 is how a US number is expressed internationally. 91 is the country code for India.
Just got a call from this number on my mobile phone. I didn't answer. I'm pissed because I've had my mobile number for many years and virtually never get any telemarketing calls on it. I want to know how they got my number.

Claims to be from a roofing team. Somehow knows real name and city. I keep getting texts like this from different numbers, they stop responding when I ask how they have my number.
