I just got a call from that number too, and it must have gone to my GrandCentral number because it rang in on all of my phones (home, office and cell) at the same time.
Called my cell phone & hung up. i thought we were not suppose to get marketing calls (after signing up four the do not call list). WHICH I assume it is!

Just got a call from this number 1-919-355-9988 to a New York City cell phone number. The language spoken was Spanish definitely. The only word I could definitely say was said was dinero (money). Maybe it's my imagination but I thought it said that "I have your sister... money....." :)
