Also got called about the same time, also 857-753-xxxx, and just got called again about 10 minutes ago. Seems like they must be cycling through all possible numbers or something...
I'm on T-Mobile and I got it...so I think they may just be targeting certain area codes such as 857.
The caller is for a car warranty. I answered and waited and it passed me to son dork that asked for the year model of the car I was driving. I asked him to wait while I checked and left him hanging while I went about my day. :)
Same story here, two calls, today and yesterday. The number is from India (it is not 1-919-..., it is +91-93-559988 or 011-91-93-559988. I was confused at first, too. I missed both calls.

Claims to be from a roofing team. Somehow knows real name and city. I keep getting texts like this from different numbers, they stop responding when I ask how they have my number.
