Got a call from this number around 5:30pm here in San Diego. Didn't pick up.Keep getting more and more unsolicited phone calls in my cell phone. It's annoying!

skype is a Voice Over Internet Protocol service. ie: an internet phone. like Vonage.Has anyone inquired to the phone company regarding this number? Or to Skype?
Yea I got a call to i wanted to see what area code it was from and it said NC as well, It was a woman/operater, you stupid morons its spanish not middle eastern, I was taking a shower a little while back, and i googled the area code and i saw this and what do you know im here to, (lol)She said somethng about im caller number 10, click 1 to claim your prize, then i just ung up.
I got a call from this # at about 7:25 this evening, and then while watching a movie with my family, my mom got a call from the same number. Googled it, ended up here. My mom figures someone got hold of the AT&T database, and is using the internet to make the calls. What service providers r u guys using?

Claims to be from a roofing team. Somehow knows real name and city. I keep getting texts like this from different numbers, they stop responding when I ask how they have my number.
scam debt collector calling, asks to call a diff number, ignore
