Unsolicited call from surveyor. Don't they even look at the do not call list?

Surveys are SPAM! Don't care who it is, it's unwanted so its SPAM as far as I'm concerned.

I am a South Carolina resident, caller told me she was calling from the CDC and that I would be mailed a $10 check to my address upon completing their survey. I asked how long it would take, and she told me approx. 25 minutes. I decided that it was not worth my time and hung up.

And to top off all the BS they called me at 1000pm
