Synchrony Bank who now owns GE bank. My call was for my Care Credit account in which I forgot to pay. Well, not really. I mistakenly paid my wife's CC account through our bank instead of mine, which had no balance. I called Synchrony back and looked at our account and realized my mistake. They credited my late fee and will be sending us a refund of the payment made to my wife's account. East Indian accent, but very polite and respectful.

Got a call, 9am on a Sunday. Lol, so much for FDCPA. My bill is a week late, went in the mail on Friday. Added to cell's ignore list. They didn't leave a message so that's the last they'll be bothering me.

Point of information--GE Capital has changed its name to Sinchrony

I'm not even overdue on any of my payments! I was for a time but got things caught up over a month ago and these idiots keep harassing me with 15 - 20 calls a day, I think I'll take Bob's advice of 12/18/12.

they hang up as soon as the answer machine picks up. calls come in several times a day and into the evening. we have family not in the best of health and this scares us every time we get a call. something needs to be done about unsolicited callers.

I have an Amazon store card and Care Credit card, both of which use GE Money. I paid my Care Credit off several months ago but am still paying on my Amazon card. I have only been late on my Amazon once and that was 2 years ago. This month I didn't receive a bill but as I know my bill is always due on the 28th of the month, I logged onto the GE site via Amazon and paid my bill two days prior to its due date. The payment was posted on the 26th but has yet to come out of my bank account. Sometimes it will take up to a week and a half before it comes out! Today, a day after my payment was due, I received a phone call from these people claiming that my bill was late and if I didn't pay immedaitly that I would have a late fee. I know for a fact that it wasn't late because I had to log in and pay it rather than click a link in my email like usual and I still have the email saying that my payment was posted. Also, I have the correct amount in my bank for the payment.

when machines call people and don't leave a message how the %$@ am i suppose to know who the (******)they was calling leave a (********) message at the beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep

I am called by something called GE CAPITAL. They ask for my private data but refuse to identify their identity and the reason of the call. They keep calling very often and a macine tells me that I will be soon connected....After that I am asked about personal data. Please make them stop.
