Call me 5 times a day. I answer, I'm on hold and then they hang up on me. Someone was finally there and kept talking over me saying are you Jackie so and so. I DO NOT want these calls.
GE Money Bank. Use several different numbers calling from India. Callers have broken English have no common courtesy and highly arrogant. Want personal information. Refused and become highly agitated. GE Money Bank should be ashamed of itself for outsourcing to this third world country.
THESE PEOPLE KEEP BLOWING UP MY PHONE ASKING ME FOR THE LAST 4 OF MY SSI, OK LIKE IM THAT STUPID.
This is GE Money. We have a carpet loan through them. They send their bills 4 days before the due date. If you open your mail late or in my case- go away for a long weekend. BOOM! It's late and there goes your $39.00 fee added for late fees. They are ridiculous. It would be smart to remember these due dates, however as another as another person noted, they change the due dates on you every couple months, not really kowing when to expect their bill.
Have been calling for a week. Nobody there when I answer. They call at least 5 times a day.
I have been receiving calls from them too. The thing that gets me is that they have the nerve to call as late as 9:45pm. Does anyone know if this is even legal?
They aren't even calling for me! They are calling for someone who had my number before me. Just leave me alone.
We have an account through them for emergency dental work my husband needed a few months ago. They never sent us a bill! I have answered on several occasions and asked them to send a bill and explained that we want to pay off the bill, as we got money from a settlement this month. They said they need to do a post-dated bank draft. I told them that I would not give them any bank information, and that they could expect a cashier's check in the mail when we got a bill, and not before then. He became upset, and started cursing in his native tongue. I told him to have an ENGLISH SPEAKING SUPERVISOR call back and hung up. Whatever you do, Do NOT GIVE THEM ANY BANKING Information! Send payments via cashiers check, or money order. May take some extra time and effort, but definitely worth it!
Calling here on a Sunday morning - caller from India - they are disgusting to me, nothing better to do than harass people.
