GE Money Bank is the biggest ripoff ever invented. They go way overboard trying to figure out ways to charge late charges and they aloso do some sort of "security fee" which amounts to more than the interest. Be very careful when yu get a "12 months no interest" benefit because they will get you.

I answered their phone call this afternoon, it's a new name formerly GE Financial. My payment is 9 days late. I asked if this is normal practice to call within days of being late and she said yes it is. She also asked if I wanted her to take my number out of the auto dialing, I said yes but it will still call me. She said that it wouldn't. I guess we'll see because my budget next month has me paying it a few days late again.

I have received several calls from (937) 534-2092 and when I hold to speak with someone, the call is disconnected. I have a private number which is on the do not call list. How does this happen?

While MOST of these calls can be avoided by making on time payments on 2 instances it was an attempt to solicit. Usually I answer but don't say anything & they hang up within seconds. There are 2 different people they ask for when I do speak to them. I have told them this is the wrong person, please stop calling. The first time I told them wrong person they asked my name & then proceeded to try & sell me some credit protection plan! Guy had an Indian accent. Other instance was when my payment was due within a week, the guy said he could take the payment over the phone & charge me a convenience fee! I said no thanks, I will make my payments online. I manage a tire store & GE has a car care card I used for some tires. Since then I have recieved numerous calls, 7 days a week at all times from varied numbers soliciting. I know I have missed some important calls because I no longer answer from numbers I don't recognize. I will pay my balance in full & hope they leave me alone.....

I guess they don't like my voice. They say hello, then I say hello, then they don't talk anymore, so, I start insulting them until they hang up. From Dayton, Ohio ... no company name.

I receive calls from them also. Their name has changed and is Synchrony Bank. Don't be fooled by name change...it is still GE Capital lending.

I have the same problem with them. They keep calling. They keep changing the due date and I keep getting charged late fees. Mine was charged through a dentist's office. Obviously they don't care who they use as long as they get their money. They won't identify themselves and then when they do Apu tries to tell me his name is Dennis when they finally decide to talk to me. Someone needs to look into them. How are they getting away with this? I have tried to work with them but it's hopeless.

Keeps calling even though I am on the do not call list

this company keep calling my number severe times during the day while I at work, its very unpleasant dealing with this harassment phone call.

These fools call at least 5 times a day... and first thing they say when I answer is "what is your credit card number to make payment towards acct" I took a loan for computer and paid it off within first few months to help build credit but apparently there was more involved to the acct number and I keep getting calls even tho I'm supposedly paid off...A scam if I ever seen one... I'd understand if I had some 5000 debt but when I'm paid off and done with them... they even have my bank calling me inquiring about GE Loan... I work in Customer Service and I have to say the reps they have are horrible... they don't greet you or even tell you their name... they go right to credit card info which to me is very shady
