This company is calling me at 8am on sunday morning...simply ridiculous..every sunday!? every saturday?! when I asked when my payment was originally due it was mid-january, it's december. QUIT HARASSING ME!!
report them to the federal trade commission, consumerfinance.gov, usa.gov/Consumer Protection, bbb.org they have certain law they must abide by just like any other company.
RobocallsKept asking for private info. Like SSN (which I refused to give). I think this is a scam.
Same thing has happened to me. I had a 4000 dollar bill paid down to 1000 dollars and then they slapped 1000 dollars of "finance charges" on to the balance. That was it, I said hell with them, I'm not paying any more of this bill.

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.
Looking for a person (that was not me) about a legal matter.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
