Calls to my cell phone repeatedly

have called my home and cell phones. A recorded msg says the call may be recorded and then I'm asked to press a number to initiate the call. They don't they where they'll calling from.

Calls 3 to 4 times a day with a message from Conns for a person that isnt even at this number I have told them but they still continue to call it is very annoying so had to block them ,but then they use other numbers to keep calling back

Yep, GE, and we have pmts set up auto and not behind, I checked bank just to be sure...called all weekend, house phone and both cells, I answer and silence then recording asking for payment. Seriously?? And they HAVE changed due dates and now even go by GE Capital, so yes, driving us nuts, but we owe several thousand on dental bills, will be a few months before we can pay off balance but believe me, it will be asap!

I have been receiving at least twelve calls at all hours of the day and night. Supposedly from some bank in Utah, I have never done any business with. After a month, I finally got a person on the line. I explained he had the wrong number. He said he would handle it. Got eight calls the next day.

The next time they call, let them know they are violating the TCPA and FDCPA by intentionally harassing a non-debtor and you intend to take legal action against them if the calls do not stop.

Let's give them a taste of their own medicine. Everybody call them back and just don't say anything. Do it multiple times each day and call their different phone numbers. I have a list of 10 of them. If everybody does this then they should get plenty busy wondering who is calling them. Here are some numbers you can call. i am receiving calls that when i answer, a recording comes on and it does not identify who it is. the message reads that "this is not a solicitation call, please hold.". Once they came on the line, they asked for me by name and when I asked to identify themselves they hang up.
