SYNCHRONY BANK fka GE Money bank called because I missed my first payment on financing from a Kane's Furniture purchase. I told them I never even received my first bill and the lady said my bill was returned to them by the post office due to incorrect address provided. But she confirmed they sent it to my CORRECT address! Sounds like a scam they run so they can charge late fees and/or collect on deferred interest according to previous comments. She tried to make it seem like she was doing me a favor by waving the late fee. Very shady company and last time I ever finance with Kane's!

Call me twice this morning...no information but they knew my name and press any key to continue...but I hang up. Must have information before I talk with them.

Same happened to me, all of the above. They want you to default so they can charge you more. Do not trust them. Do business with your own bank, get a regular loan.

GE Money. All is good.I made a payment but inverted two numbers on the payment so it returned unpaid to them.The rep was very courteous and worked with me to take care of the matter

have also received missed call from this no Belongs to Afghanisthan - Roshan network +93729039157. i unfortunately by mistake picked the call and it costs me Rs.17 and disconnected immediately recognising this is false no.

If it is GE Money, DO NOT IN ANY CASE DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!! We got hit with those bogus charges, so we called them. Asked if we were EVER LATE with a payment, the answer was NO. So I asked why these charges. Our payment is due the 5th of the month. We always send out our payment a little early to make sure it gets there before the due date, but if they end up posting 2 payments for the same month, you are early and you get a charge for that. They would NOT abate the charges. We have asked them 3 times, 2 by letter, once by phone to send us an auto deduct form through our checking account. We have not received anything from them, they don't want to do that so they can charge these STUPID FEES! Should be reported to the BBB.
