These jokers keep calling my number and also my wife's number at all hours and do not leave any messages. Do not know who they are or what they are calling about. Their phone number is: 937-534-2092. I am tired of it. Stop now!!!

They called me and said I was past due on my Nov bill. I paid on 11/2/12 but they said I paid too early--OMG!!! My billing period ends on the 27th of the month. So instead of applying it to my Nov. payment, they applied it to my Oct. payment, charged me a $25 late fee and I got a collections call. I'm going to call the NC Attorney General's office today and find out how to file a claim against GE Money. I've never heard of paying my bill TOO EARLY!!!

I signed up for a care card back in October 2013, made charges and waited 60 days before calling to find out why I hadn't receive a bill. They then told me I was past due in which I replied I hadn't received a bill and that was why I had made a phone call. They asked me to verify my address, I have a mailbox and home address, and the address they had was incorrect, they wouldn't tell me what address they sent it to. 3 days ago i got my actual card and first month statement, and today, I received my 2nd bill saying I was overdue. I would have never signed up for this card if I knew it would be so much of a hassle.
