Don't know why this number calls they hang up when we pick up... dumb...

Got the call again and they left the following message - "This message is for . If you wish to prevent further calls, please call GE Capital at 877-379-4933 or go to www.gogecapital.com". I have not called the number or gone to the website. This number needs to be reported to the appropriate authorities and cited for scam.

Walmart (Discover) did the exact same thing.. I made October and November payment in October, they did not apply the "early" November payment, they "added" it to the October payment, since I thought I made my payment early, I didn't make a payment in November, they charged me a "late" payment fee of $35.00, and placed the account status in to the "late thirty days" column...They are all [***]....

After purchasing a pair of glasses from Eyecare Advantage in Flushing, NY. They enrolled me in GE Capital Retail Bank. When I received the first invoice from GE Capital bank, I sent them a check on the same day. When I received the second statement from them, I noticed that they had charged me a late fee of $25.00 even though I wasn't late. After that I continued to make all payment ahead of the due date by CERTIFIED MAIL. That didn't stop them, they still continued to add late fee charges and have been calling me day and night trying to collect money that is not due them. They claim that I now owe them over $100.00. I DO NOT OWE THEM ANYTHING AND HAVE REFUSED TO PAY. This company is the worst that I have ever dealt with.

They've started calling me and either they hang up, or put me on hold, then I get somebody and I tell them that tey have a wrong number (they keep asking for a woman). This happens at least four times a day... I am getting tired of it!

Yes, I went to do eye surgery with Horizon Eye Specialists & Lasik Center. They also advised my daughter and myself that it was through Care Credit. Which of course, turned out to be G.E. Money Bank who are a scam. Changed my due date, added additional charges for what I don't know. I have always paid on time. The call all the time to say I have a payment coming up before it is due, then call me for a week afterward to say they finally received it. Obviously, they keep it confusing to charge more fees. Interest was not supposed to start for 2 years, and charges started right away. The Horizon Eye Specialists & Lasik center did not even give me a total due for me or my insurance. Before the total was settled they pushed me into "Care Credit", that is G.E. Money Bank. We dealt with them before and would NEVER had signed anything. I would could have taken a loan out with the Bank. The caller pretends they are someone else and will not leave a message. Something sincerely needs to be done with these people running a business under a false name and contract conditions. Don't ever sign with "Care Credit" or with anything that ends up being with G.E. Money bank. THEY ARE A SCAM.

I've had Rooms to Go (GE Money) Account for over 2 years, I paid off my living room set and bought a new queen bed and headboard, not close to exceeding the credit line I had. It was just a new bed for a new apt. My bank had been paying my bills automatically every month 10 days early for 2 years. (never give a company your info, just have the bank pay) never late on my original bill for 2 years interest free. Then I get laid off, still manage to pay with bare bones for first six months, then One late payment and the harassing calls from India started. So much for being a good customer, not a peep when you pay on time, but the day your late the wolves are on you. I'll never go through GE Money again. late fees and harassing phone calls not worth it. And my furniture is only middle class cookie cutter. :-/

Yes they are legit, I applied for Care credit to help with my dental work. Just didn't realize they were owned by GE.
