My husband who is a seaman got a message this afternoon Phil time This is the number used 09438241465....this person is using different network /sim cards and we have to act on it.He/she is breaking family 's apart and trying to get money from all of us This is a work of an evil man...a deranged man actually.imagine reaching further to our OFW....how can we stop this.
