may nag text din sa akin na lubog daw sa utang.... ito yung number na ginamit niya 09321171531....sana matulungan tayo ng may kinauukulan para madakip ang taong nag kakialat mh text na ito.... dapat ang ating gobyernoo ang NTC dapat gumawa ng hakbang na kung sino man ang bumili ng mga pre paid card dapat na ka register ang pangalan at address kaso wala tayong Universal ID kaya maraming bigas pa ang kakainin ng ating gobyerno bago masulusyonan ang mga problemang ito. hindi kagaya ng ibang bansa example Singapore..
