these [***] keep calling and hanging up i told them many times who ever they are looking for dont live here or do i know them and the [***] starts getting attitude with me and laughs either they do something and get my number out ther systems or i will go to the extreme and do somthing myself that is outside the law and take care of it myself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!sick and tired of the goverment not doing anything to these scumbags
These guys are [***] from Atlas Recovery.. they keep calling me because someone used my name as a referral to get credit. These guys are so stupid they won't stop calling.. I have no contact with the person they're attempting to contact. I'm seeing an attorney as I'm on a no call list and I've recorded 50 of their calls and asked them not to call me anymore.. And they told me they'll keep calling until I disconnect the number.. That won't happened but they will be sued for elderly abuse.
called an lawyer he recommended to contact my state attorney generals office and the FTC and if it cont's to actually make a police report lol he also checked to see what they are called Atlas and Associates
These people continously call then try to get me to discuss my daughter's debts! They left messages saying how urgent is is for me to call them back.I told them they are breaking the law, and I got cussed out by some [***] little dumbass named Thomas. Their number is 949-797-7116
I just called the FTC and gave a report. After sharing with the lady what suggestions were posted on this blog, she said do NOT send them a registered letter. This is a bogus company and that would provide them with more information about you and we don't want that, right? Also, no point of complaining to the BBB because, again, it's a bogus company. I just called the number (949-797-7100) and it sounded like the guy was on his cellphone. I called from a number different from my landline which is where they have called already 5 times today. My husband and I have never answered the phone when this number calls, however they did leave a message once. When I called the guy today, I tried to get as much information out of him with giving him as little information about myself. He said his name was Henry and it was Atlas Recovery. He wanted my full name and the number I was calling from. I said I would not provide that until he would tell me more about his company. He got agitated and started going off on me. I said this sounds like a scam, and he started to lose it. I said his customer service skills could use some work, and he screamed, then hung up, and less than 30 seconds later, I received a called from a blocked number. I didn't answer, and there was no message. Crazy wackos.Anywho, the woman at the FTC also said I could contact my phone company and either get my number unlisted or see if they would block that number. Verizon put a block on all "collection" or third party calls. I've already put the number on the do not call list, but I guess having Verizon block this number helps out a little more??Good luck!
This company calls also from 949-797-7110 which is Chris Tozer saying he is an attorney, but don't attorney's contact you by mail? I have yet to get anything in the mail from Atlas Recovery and the address of 3400 Irvine Ave ste 210 does not even belong to them, it belongs to Promotional Products when I looked it up. What can be done about them, he is calling my employer saying he is a lawyer.
They have tried to call me several times, but have been unable to contact me. Please call backimmediately.
I have received recorded messages from them for the last two days. I think they are using a random dialer, as I get them on my cell phone whose number is known only to my wife. The phone is on only when I am away from the house and not in the company of my wife, which isn't all that often, as I am retired, and we usually go out together. My cell phone gets voice mail daily, but they are mostly blank messages. There have been two obvious wrong number messages in four months. The chances of reaching me "live" on my phone are almost nil.I will never call anyone back, other than my wife, who attempts to contact me on my cell phone.
