I do not appreciate this call if everyone is getting the same message it seems like someone should be available to recieve the call especially since a call just came in. I am serious about being an asset for a comppany, but not this way and shame on you all for such a scam.
got this call @ 1822 EST. i dont answer calls if i don't know the number, so i let it go to voicemail. the message i received was the same as has been mentioned: a recorded message said they received my resume, they're hiring and want to schedule an interview this week. wanted me to call 888 673 4109. this can only be a scam, i agree. i'm on the do not call list; however, i *did* post my resume with careerbuilder.com. i'm pretty upset with them now, as this is the 2nd phone call from fake companies that i've received today.
I put my resume online on monster yesterday and started getting calls from this number tonight on my cell. This is why I have not used monster in a long time, and I won't again. I am not unemployed thank God, but think of the people who are that fall for this in hopes of employment
It was career builder or one of its affiliates. Its the only thing Ive written my number down for... had to be them
I got this EXACT same message. I called back and it stated all the lines were busy and asked me to enter a zip code for the nearest location. Then "they" asked me to leave a message. Thats when I decided to look up the number and found this board. All these posts are making this company sound a little too fishy to me. :(
Yep, same here. Just got that call as well. Had to be career builder or one of its affiliates.
I received a call at 6pm cst from 972-200-9825. It was a recorded message talking about job opportunities with Liberty National. It leaves a message for people to call back at 1-888-673-4109. The call to that number is like a 900 number. It charges you for the call. These people are preying on desperate, financially destitute people. I checked a couple of message boards, and the people on there all said that they got the call right after posting thier resume on careerbuilder. People should never deal with an autimated phone call when looking for a job. They should atleast make the scammers work for their money by lying to the unemployed live.
Called my cell with message about my skills & experience would make me a success with their company & gave me the 1-888-673-4109 number to call back to set up an interview this week all with an automated voice. Thought it was BS and checked the number on Google. I need a job but no BS!!
I got the call at 17:46 CSTThis is a questionable situation, and I am betting scam. When you go through the process and put in your zip code, it takes you to another computer. I can hear the changeover on my phone. It asks you to leave a voicemail and someone will call you back. No one calls you back. I have checked my phone and did a credit check on myself, then again I am paranoid. I do not know what this phone number is or does.
