is there a way to block any 900 numbers because i don't and never answer them its pointless to call them. from what i heard citi doesn't handle their own collections they have and agency in sioux falls, sd do it for them. i get calls from them pretending to be my friend and then threaten me about finances i have no clue about never answer any 900 numbers.

this number called me friday 7/20 at 1:34 in the afternoon (i am east coast) and again today, saturday morning, 7/21 at 10:30am... when i picked up today, they immediately hung up!

I finally had to block these two numbers, calling daily saying it's about my citicard private label account - Huh, I don't HAVE a citicard or anything that SAYS citicard on it. It has to be some sort of scam.

I just received my third call from this number 1-972-653-1000, on my cell phone when I answer there is a beep and then they hang up so far from my attempts to find out who it is I get that it is a land line from Irving Texas. It is getting very irritating.

I've gotten 4 calls in the last 2 days, and I don't even have a card that is a citi-account.

About 972-653-1000 (Irving, TX--on caller's ID):Have been getting these calls for sometime. Morning and evening. They'll stop for several weeks and then start calling again. They always ask for someone with a slight deviation of my name and then ask to verify SSN's, of which I don't give. The "supervisors" will give me some spiel about whom to call and complain to. On occasion an auto-mated voice will ask for me to hold until I get an operator on the other end or they will hang up if the answering machine answers.The voices range from all-American to Nigerian to Indian.

I have been getting these calls from both numbers for about a month, never answered. Is this a "collection" call? I dont think i have any outstanding debts =\

Call appears as TX when it comes in. Never leaves message. Calls many times per day daily. I answered first time, no one on line. Hung up immediately. Calls began coming in daily; I never answer.

This just came across as IRVING,TX and the phone number 1-972-653-1000.. When I did not answer after a couple of rings they hung up before my answering machine came on. Someone SHOULD stop these sort of calls.. I am on the NO CALL list.. and calls like this should be illegal! The are very rude that is for sure!

Received numerous calls that last week while out of town. No message left.
