I think I figured out deal wit this number. There are texting programs such as pinger that would allow you to make calls out and to the number given to you. People try and call mine all the time. This ghost number tried the same thing. I think it's just a computer program... you can even call with gmail now...
i know. this is so wierd.i tried calling but it siad the number was disconected.it called me about 27 times.i got 1 message and it siad "hello this is a milatary school for missbehaved kids.your parents want you to go here."it was so wierd.
I live in Japan and just woke up to a missed call from 973-360-2026. The call came at 1:04 AM to my Textfree (iPhone) app number which I have only given to my sister. It's a SF Bay Area number.

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
