I received a phone call from this number at approx 11:00 am on the posting date. I have a VoIP Phone line through Skybeam. One ring. Call back = Out of service. Interesting things I found out while looking into this. A lot of people say that it came from Kushner CO. and Kushner HQ is in fact located at 666 Fifth Avenue. Very Odd. Also this has been going on for four years now, and NO ONE knows who it is. All of this strikes me. I wonder if 10 years from now if this will still be a mystery.
Showed up on my list of missed called with Google Voice, but never rang-through to my actual phone (I'm guessing Google Voice filtered it out as a spam caller).

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
