I got a call from 978-686-2255. I will not answer toda, tomorrow, or any month or year in there lifetime. I dont respond to scumbag deadbeats who prey off other people for money. They are wasting there time and breath calling me. I would advise anyo0ne that gets a similar call to just laugh and hand up. All they are to do is get someone to pay a charge-off with a credit card company. I dont pay charge-offs. Now, if they want to reverse the chare-off, and talk, maybe I might reconsider. I have received a call at my work phone from this number; we have caller ID. They did not leave a message. In pursuit of business I investigated and found this site. I would think a legitimate business would leave a message on a work phone. Heaven only knows what they want with me because my bills are paid and I have a good credit rating. I did however have my wallet stolen and my debit card was used all over town until I discovered this via electronic banking and had my bank red flag my card. All of this has been dealt with and the police even arrested someone who admitted to using my card. I cant understand why they would be calling me at my place of work.

Called my business looking for someone I had never heard of. I told the caller that I was the president of the corporation and had never heard of the person. She then asked for our HR department. I told her again that I was president of the corporation and I have never heard of this person. She went on to explain that corporations have HR departments. Well genius not every corporation has so many people that it needs an HR department. When the person who owns the business tells you that they had never heard of the person then that should be the end of the conversation.

I agree. The fact that you probably do and will continue to have enormous expenses due to your health there will be nothing left for them to collect. Business is not simply all about money. Please take your money and assets and fight to win your personal battle. If there is nothing left for these harassing individuals who are simply making a living off of your misfortune, too bad. You never did business with them and I doubt you know them nor they you. They are basically telemarketers with sophisticated phone systems set to harass people. Unplug your phone. I don't know the state in which you live but I'd seek advise in your state from an attorney. The legalities vary from state to state. These people calling are not legal representatives. If they are aware of your hardships and illness and harass you regardless, it would cost you your life. Seek legal advise and document and/or record everything and have a POA to follow up with a law suit after death if necessary as it will likely be a contributing factor to deterioration and/or death. They hope to gain nothing knowing your illness, they simply have big egos and are in a tight spot to make quick money not caring how and where they get it from.

Dear John: You certainly make Zwicker appear less than reputable "with all your gold." Please be honest with this individual by gathering more information and at least what state he resides in to be better informed. Perhaps you already know that? What is the special deal with Zwicker when they know a reduced settlement offer was accepted and paid and yet they still harass people for a debt no longer owed? Doesn't sound ethical to me. In such a case I believe it could be a real challenge to collect more than the reduced settled amount, even upon death.If you are giving legal advise I'd appreciate knowing. You sound very angry and probably need an outlet.
