Call it what you want, it is better than being ignorant. You're never going to collect money if you are forgiving and nice all the time.I have asked and no one is able to give me any proof. Once again, give me a legitimate example of what this company has done that is legitimate harassment.

Your situation is unfortunate, but we legally have the right to call you unless you send a cease and desist letter, and doing that is the same as sending a piece of paper that says "please sue me" because it ends the collection effort and the client expects us to sue you since the money can't be collected on a voluntary basis. If you lent someone money, you would want it back. These creditors are due their money. The creditors pay collectors to call the people who have borrowed from them and ask you to set up arrangements to pay it back. If you can't, oh well. We will call you tomorrow and see if your situation has changed--all the while another department of attorneys is investigating your assets and preparing documents for a lawsuit. It is a business like any other, nothing personal.Zwicker operates within the law 100% of the time. Every level of seniority is scrutinized by their superiors to strictly follow federal debt collection law. Any employee that violates it (even if it doesn't get us sued) is fired on the spot. It's kind of funny to hear a debtor complain and try to make out that they are the victim and the world is against them, etc. It makes the day at work go by quicker. Some of you have a very loose definition of harassment. Rude is not harassment. If you become rude with collectors, they will probably be rude with you back because they are human as well, they don't want to be walked all over by you any more than you are them. Its not like the client is losing a valuable customer if you are offended. You're in debt, you are the opposite of a valuable customer.

What tips can you please give me regards to dealing with Zwicker and Associates. They are really nasty. I already informed them of my hardship and that I will call once I can pay a large amount to settle but they won't stop calling me! I already was served the first court notice, but then I also paid them some $ and then I could continue because the amount is too big and impossible. I got a call from them recently. I don't even know how they got my number because only my family knows it. So far it's only been once and I think they actually did leave a message which was for a male that I don't even know. I've also been other calls from other collecting agency's lately which is so annoying.

Yesterday I've got a call from this no. 978-686-2255. The guy was talking about my existing debt; but did not mention his company name. I've come to know that he was from "Zwicker and Associates". Can anybody tell me more about this collection agency?

Chris Canterberry called ID # 978.686.2255 Identified himself as a case worker for the law firm of Zwicker & Associates. said if I did not set up a payment plan with them a lean would be put on my taxes and wages garnished. Is this guy for real?

I had to deal with you people before! I had caller ID! I paid the ORG of the Credit Card NOT you! And I advise all people to do the same dont let people run your life. These so called collectors should be happy there are people in debt or the would have no jobs so be nice and try to help poeple out and not be a s s h o l e s on the phone and call 7 times a day and all ours of the night... They re the scum of the collecting world. EDU your self and read everything on them . Dont pay them a penny. go back to the place you had the debt with, ask for paperwork, write everything down, times called and conversations. Cover your [***] is wht I am saying. This place is the worst bunch of low life scumbags I had to ever talk to. After the large amount of debt I was in I will never go back! Adn till this day I did not pay them one penny!!!!!!!!Caller ID! Read other issues!Take care.
