Missed a call on nov. 26 so called them back. Was told by a nice lady that I have debt to pay, but unfortunately couldn't find my name nor my address on file and insisted I give her my ssn. I said "no" and told her to take my number off their list.

Did they ever sue you? What state are you in?

Why are employees of Zwicker & Associates allowed to post on this site?Disinformation is key to collection agencies ability to sign on new contracts and new clients. Not being able to pay past due accounts which have been given to collection agencies is a fact of this economy. This industry is very poorly regulated so false legal demands are a daily practice. Do not waste your emotional energy on this collection agency's calls. Simply note the number if you are fortunate to have caller ID, time and date and do not answer the phone call. In my case, they are trying to collect a debt from a stolen Visa Credit Card which the ring of theives are now serving Federal Time in West Virgina. The Secret Service and Federal Victims Notification was not enough for Zwicker and Associates to stop calling. No documentation has stopped Zwicker from calling. No certified letters demanding the calls to stop has helped. Simply do not answer their calls. It is your phone - not theirs!

actually they have attorney's in all states... and out source attoreys... They will sue you no matter what state you live in... Just pay your bills you thiefs

stop stealing. that's all not paying your bills is... you stole the things you "bought" on your credit card.

Yeap they are trying to collect from me too. They spend a lot of calls harrassing my family for information on me. I am currently unemployed and looking for work but from what I have experienced in the past and seen on the job listings I will barely be able to put food on my child's table, keep the lights on and put gas in my car just to get to a new job once I find one. I am a single mother and times are hard when you don't have that second income. There are many day when I don't even have the money to feed us and they are expecting me to give them 300.00 dollars a month. COME ON!

by law all they have to do is send you a letter when the debt is first transfered to the office, and a notice when they SUE you. PAY YOUR BILL

I was called at 8:51am today. It was supposedly a "lawyer" from Zwiicker for my Amex taht had been charged off on my credit report.I was told I had 2 options at this point. Make a payment arrangement or go to litigation. I'm disabled with nothing to my name but debt. Good luck getting blood from a stone! I am fully aware I have this debt and have every intention to pay it. I just can't! I have 2 children and feeding and clothing them is my priority. I do not enjoy being broke but unfortunately that is just my case right now.

I had a missed call again and call them right back. Man name Eric answered and asked for my ssn. Again, I did notgive him my ssn. He asked me my name, my husband's name and transfered me to someone else. The next person simply apologized for inconvenience. I hope they never call me back.
