Your common folk just like everyone in the world. When one person gets one the phone and get no where they pass it to the next person in the office. Your company is a joke and they are going to end up in many court battles and then out of business. So enjoy your job while it lasts.

I have been paying on my debt agreed to by chase every month on time. i am a stay at home wife and have no income. how did my account go to a collection agency when i made regular payments agreed upon. I am almost 70 years old and i am about to have a heart attack with all this drama. Please help me. elimn8tr@yahoo.com

We keep receiving calls for an incorrect name. I have told the person over and over that he is calling an incorrect person or has the incorrect number. The person from this company refuses to believe it. He is extremely rude and has even been at the point of yelling at me. Our phone number has been changed twice and we even made our phone number unpublished, but this psycho seems to keep finding our changed phone number.I was just told by my phone company that the only way to get this resolved is to call the phone # 978-686-2255 and ask to speak to the "Compliance Manager"....and tell this manager that we are receiving misdirected calls. If this does not stop, I should call the FTC (phone # 1-877-382-4357).I am going to just have to give this a shot to make this stop.

Their lawyers are retarded, they rely on the fact that most people won't file an answer and they get an automatic judgment. File an answer!

I feel so sorry for you. Such a superior attitude. But just remember the higher you feel you are on that pedestal the longer the fall. I just hope you don't get hurt like everyone else. No excuse for rudeness by anyone...even debt collectors. You get more with honey than with vinegar! You're an employee. I doubt you make that much unless you are one of the partners. So sad. Keep praising yourself because you are the only one that is. May you enjoy your holidays and sleep soundly knowing you have made others suffer. Remember that debt isn't all about pleasures. It's also about doctors, hospitals, medications and laboratory fees, heating and food. You know they are called necessities. Maybe you are the picture of health. Good for you...but the mighty do fall!!!

Do NOT judge until you have walked a mile in someone else's shoes. Bad things happen to GOOD people in this economy. I pray something like this doesn't happen to you. You need a lesson in human compassion.
