STOP CALLING ME

I got caught up in the scam. we took out an online loan and they hacked into my account..threatened and i panicked and gave them my cc because i thought those were the ones i took the loan out with. had to call police, change ALL my bank accounts, drivers license..filed a crimes investigation. the other number that constantly calls is 626 782 6570 from a Mr. Anderson and Mr. Jackson.

I have never applied for a auto loan or a pay day loan. I have a phone supplied by my employer and some how they have gotten hold of my number. They just started calling Saturday the 6th of Aug, 2011 but they have called about 6 times today. I am going to try the Police approach when they call and hope it helps. I see a lot of people have tried it but no one has stated if it has worked. I do not give them time to ask me about a loan I ask how they got my number and they hang up on me. I am going to have my employer change the number if it continues. Funny as I am typing this they called again, this time I answered (city) police department, how can I help you and they hung up. We will see if they call again.

Called at 7:28 AM left no message.

I just received a phone call from this number. He said he was calling with "Auto Loan Network." He said that my car loan was approved. I told him that I had not applied for a loan and he very rudely told me that I did. He knew my name and he knew the street and town that I live in. He also told me that he could find out who applied for the loan in my name. I asked him to do so and he said he was unable to pull it up. I told him that no one applied for a car loan in my name and he actually accused me of trying to scam him! I very rudely said, no, you are trying to scam me. I hung up and called my bank to report this so they could watch my bank account. It's surprising what all he knew about me!

I received multiple calls from this number saying that I was approved for a auto loan from the auto loan network. The most recent one I asked the guy where he was calling from. At first he said New York..but then he admitted to being part of a terrorist organization. He also said that he wanted to (direct quote) "[***] my mother and [***] my daughter". He also stated that he had planted a bomb in my house. Well I didn't take this lightly so I notified my local police department and they dispatched an officer. The officer called me from his cell phone blocked and pretty much said he couldn't do anything about it and it was no big deal. He told me I could contact the FBI if I wanted. So I did call my local FBI office and the woman I spoke with was really rude and even laughed at me. She said it wasnt a big deal and not to worry about it. I guess the USA isn't concerned about terrorism or doing anything about it. I guess we have no protection from terrorists living in the USA. Its pretty sad.

This is an old thread and here it is April 21 and this scamster is still calling. Accent is very recognizable. He never stops.

Go along with the scam at first. Get their address or other info they want to give and then tell them you need to think about it. Anything concrete that the police or fed can track will work. They need a PO Box, address or working number. That is the only way to get this to stop.

I got a call from this number at 2 in the afternoon, telling me they wanted to speak to my husband about auto financing. I told them we were not interested and asked to be removed from their list. At 9 pm the same number again called me, this time the same man was using profanity and making sexual threats. I will be calling the police to see if anything can be done.
