I have received several of these calls as well, they never speak, if I call it back the number is not valid, the first time I called it back they called my at least ten times in a row! How weird!?!
Have got numerous calls from this number. Started yesterday, which they called me 9 times, starting from 9am til 9pm. Woke up this morning to see that they called me a 7am. Never leaves a message, and when I do pick no one answers and just hangs up. I've already filed 2 complaints with the Do Not Call Registry, because I've be on the DNC list for over 4 years. I've also filed 2 complaints with the FTC. I'm just going to keep filing every time they call. If it doesn't stop I'm going to just change my cell phone number because this is ridiculous.
Just called the FTC and filed a formal complaint. I recommend you all do the same. I also let my wife field the last call and give them fake info so as to hopefully stop their calls.
never leave a message & you cannot even block the number as it comes up as an invalid number.
I also recieved a call from 987-928-2683, the guy with a heavy Indian accent know my name and said I have been approved for a car loan even though I never applied for one. I have no idea how he got my name and number, I wonder what other information he has of me.
I have gotten calls from numerous numbers like this one that says I was approved for a loan ended up getting scammed and taken for $120. I don't know what to do or how to get my money back. Any one have any ideas on what I can do? I already filed a complaint with the FTC.

This is a SCAM-Goes to voice mail and asks you to leave your SSN. The social security admin will never ask you to leave your SSN on a voice mail. Letter looks very official, but it's not.
