This number has called me TWICE today already. Something about lowering a credit card interest rate. I want my number OFF their damn list!
They called regarding lowering my interest rates, I pressed one and asked what credit card company they are with and they hung up on me. I tried calling back and the number is a constant busy.
Just received a call from 989 854 2368.....on my cellphone....Know no one in Michigan so didn't answer. I also am on the DNC list and for the most part it works...

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
