Telling me this is my last chance to keep my interest on my credit cards from being increased. Hung up on them.
Got the call and decided to call it back just for the hell of it and try to rip them apart. All I got was a dial tone.
I thought that I had signed up for no spam calls on my cell phone but I keep getting one on Debt limit and I dn't have a problem.
At least once a day for the past few days, I have received a call from this number saying this is "credit card services" and this is my "final notice". No way to get them to drop me from their list and the number does not work when called back.
Normally these calls don't really get under my skin but this one REALLY did!!! I did sign up for the do not list & rarely get them so when I see number that know I just do not answer. But today a friend's cell rang & she stated it was this number which did not know and figure it to be telemarketing or wrong # so she did not answer. I kidd you not a min. later my phone with same # that I did not always but I was sitting right next to her!!! I am so upset and creeped out!! REALLY what be the chance that would happen by pure coincidence that Besides being friends we do not live in same city, do not have cell carrier, our last names don't start with same letter all those dumb things telemarketing use in making their calls!!! I think I going to try to file a police report!!!

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
